What's included in the rental?
Your Rental includes:

  • 6 hours of time

  • Reception AND/OR Ceremony OR Event

  •  Linens in Black or White (other colors available for additional cost)

  • Tables & Chairs

  •  360 Photo Booth (add-on)

  • Event Attendant

We have custom packages too! Other items are available to add on at an additional cost. 

Do you have bridal suites?

Yes we do! During events that are not weddings these suites can be used as VIP rooms

How many people does the space hold?

Our venue has 3 different areas available to rent. We can accommodate up to 425 in our Diamond Room, up to 150 in our Crystal Room, and up to 130 in our Lounge area. We can host the ceremony and the reception for weddings. Wedding are exclusive events and we do not schedule another event on your special day. All 3 rooms can be rented for any event at a package price. 

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes you may bring in your own catering team. All food must be prepared off-site

Can we bring our own liquor?

This is one of the biggest benefits to 1st Class Events. You are able to bring in your own liquor but it MUST be served by a tips-certified bartender. There are no exceptions to this rule. Liquor must also be served as a host bar. Liquor can only be sold by a non profit that obtains a 1 day liquor license or by a mobile bar and bartender with a liquor license.

Do you have packages?

We do! We have custom experiences to offer our clients to fit their budgets. You can find out about custom packages by scheduling a consultation with our Design Team. We do not prepackage things as every event and client is different and we want to provide you with the things most important to you!

When are the payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

When the contract is signed, to hold the date, we require a $1,000 booking fee or the arranged amount to be paid. Your balance is divided into monthly installment. The final installment will be required 60 days prior to the event. Full payment is due by the specified due date. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds. Tax is applied to each payment.

Can we do events other than weddings?

Yes of course! 1st Class is great for Bridal showers, Birthday parties, retirement parties, corporate events and so much more.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour

Do you have ample, secured parking?

Yes we do! We have valet service that is available to park your car in our connecting parking lot or across the street in our parking. There will be security monitoring the parking lots during your entire event.
